Payment Guidelines

 

Please only use Paypal if you have been advised that your items can be purchased from our templated rates.  If your bespoke item is not one of our templates, we will arrange payment in person or by Paypal directly for specific amounts.

 

Deposits for all orders are a minimum of 50% for orders under £100, 30% for orders under £300 and 25% for orders under £1000.

 

Final balances must always be taken before delivery by at least one weeks notice.  Failure to pay does not cancel the order and ordered products will be retained until balance is cleared.

Consultations

 

Consultations are face to face bookings with our Lead Artist to find out what you want, so we can make it happen.

 

You only pay this once at the begining and it is refunded against the value of any order placed.

 

Consultations can be booked within Dundee, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Glasgow, Perth, Stirling.

 

Consultations last up to two hours, please ensure to communicate with us by the Form in the Contact page, as if we're in the area anyway we do drop in appointments.
